1. What should I be mindful of before heading to the gym?

For hygienic reasons, clients are required to wear clean socks at all times in the gym area. We provide disinfected towels for sterilizing your feet prior to entering the studio.

Please be dressed in comfortable sportswear without wearing any accessories, i.e., watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces and alike.

To prevent injures and for your own safety, please follow our personal trainers’ instructions at all times. They are there to help you if you are new or unfamiliar with any fitness equipments and answer any questions you may have. We are not liable for any injuries resulting from misuse of any of our equipment and facilities.

We highly recommend our clients to consult their medical practitioners before starting any exercising programs to prevent any injuries or exerting yourself due to physical constraints. We are not liable for any issues or complications due to the clients’ own negligence or failure to mention any medical concerns upon joining Action Sports Academy.

Arrive at Action Sports Academy 5-10 minutes earlier to get changed or simply to get yourself warmed up (even mentally prepared) for the training session. Being punctual allows you to reap the full benefits of the session as our trainers often have busy schedules where missed time cannot be compensated if it’s no fault on their part.

2. How do I book, cancel or reschedule a training session?

You can book your training session simply by giving us a call or in person at Action Sports Academy at least 24 hours in advance. Same applies to any cancellation and rescheduling of a booked session. If the client failed to notify us or give us less than 24-hour notice, the session would be treated as a utilized session.

3. When is payment due?

Payment is due on registration for our training packages and same applies to renewals. Once the payment has settled, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Do purchased sessions or packages last for life?

The short answer is No. You will be advised of the expiry date upon purchase of any of our sessions or packages, so you can plan ahead to make good use of your investment for your physical health.
